WASHINGTON —
Authorities are searching for a person of interest in a kidnapping in Northeast, D.C.
Police said the man pictured held the victim against their will inside a home in the 400 block of 13th street between 9:50 p.m. and 11:25 p.m. on Wednesday.
Officials said the man assaulted the victim, stole money from them and fled the scene. The victim's injuries were non-life threatening.
