FAIRFAX, Va., -- A 12-year-old boy is facing charges after two students claimed he sexually assaulted them on a Fairfax County school bus.
Police said the investigation began on November 13 when two girls who attend Camelot Elementary School told their parents they had been sexually assaulted by a boy on their school bus.
The boy was served on Friday morning with two counts of aggravated sexual battery and two counts of object sexual penetration, according to a police report. He was processed at the Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center before he was released to a parent.
