WASHINGTON -- A pregnant woman who was shot overnight in Southeast D.C. was taken to the hospital for surgery.
The shooting happened around 1:15 a.m. in the 2400 block of Wagner St. Southeast D.C., inside of a residence, Metropolitan police said.
The victim was taken to the hospital and went into surgery upon her arrival.
There is currently no lookout information for suspects.
