Capitals will host Game 7 viewing party at Capital One Arena on May 23

When the Caps are in Tampa Bay for what is expected to be an epic Game 7 on Wednesday, Capital One Arena will be open to fans for a viewing party starting at 7p.m.

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- What better way is there to watch the Capitals take on the Tampa Bay Lightning in a possibly franchise-altering game than with thousands of your closest friends, who also happen to be fans of your team?

When the Caps are in Tampa Bay for what is expected to be an epic Game 7 on Wednesday, Capital One Arena will be open to fans for a viewing party on the jumbotron starting at 7pm.

Admission is free through the F Street entrance.

The team store will be open, and there will be a 25% discount off of all playoff merchandise.

You can expect to see Capitals' alumni, the mascot Slapshot, Red Rockers, and other Caps' personalities.

Wherever you decide to watch Game 7, make sure you are rocking the red!
