OXON HILL, Md. -- A 28-year-old man was fatally shot and another was injured in Oxon Hill late Sunday night, police said.
Prince George's County police identified the victim as 28-year-old Rodney Snowden of Goodluck Road in Greenbelt.
The shooting happened Sunday around 7:25 p.m. in the 5600 block of Saint Barnabas Road, authorities stated. Snowden was found suffering from gunshot wounds. He died later at the hospital. Another man was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Police are currently trying to identify a suspect and motive in the case.
