Dramatic video shows deadly confrontation between police and suspected cop killer

A dramatic eyewitness video capturing the deadly confrontation between officers and the man who reportedly shot and killed Prince George’s County Police Cpl. Mujahid Ramzziddin has gone viral on Facebook.

A Facebook user named Quane Peyton posted a recording of the Snapchat video of the police shooting suspect Glenn Tyndell in Fort Washington Wednesday morning.

WUSA9 reporter Scott Broom who was on the scene Wednesday at Indian Highway and Old Fort Road verified the accuracy of the video's location.

In the video you can see traffic at a standstill at the intersection and you can hear gunfire as police close in on the suspect.

WUSA9 did ask the Prince George's County Police Department if they were aware of the video.

A spokesperson told us they received it Wednesday, but had no further comment.

Ramzziddin will be buried on Friday in Prince George's County.
